With an emphasis on the Fire and Water elements, learn to balance the interplay of heating and cooling practices to bring your embodiment (body, mind, breath, senses and awareness) to a state of vibrant tranquility. This workshop is suitable for all levels.

Kimberly is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist who has been teaching yoga since 1999. She is the Director of Iyengar Yoga Hawaii in Hilo, which she established in 2018. Her teaching style is a balance of relatable and rigorous, playful and earnest. She is honored to share her love of yoga with you at Flow Fest.
