Interested in trading your time for a festival experience you’ll never forget? Volunteer at Flow Festival!
In exchange for becoming a Flow Fest Volunteer, you’ll receive a general admission 3-day pass, amazing behind-the-scenes opportunities and a fun time at the festival!
Please read the volunteer requirements, information and terms & conditions completely before submitting an application. Individual volunteer positions will be assigned based on festival needs.
You will be required to pay the cost of a weekend pass as a deposit ($135 until Jan. 25, $150 after Jan. 25) with a valid debit or credit card. All deposits must be received within a week of your accepted application and no later than your start date. You can qualify for a refund if you give notice at least 30 days in advance of the festival OR find another volunteer to take your place, providing their own deposit.
The card you use will be refunded the FULL AMOUNT within 14 days after the end of the festival as long as you complete your work requirements and follow the volunteer rules. If you fail to complete the work requirements or follow the volunteer rules, you forfeit your deposit.
Once you have paid your deposit, and have been accepted and scheduled, you will be notified via email.
Volunteers are expected to be early or on time for all shifts.
Volunteers will work a maximum of 18 total hours between January 1-February 4.
Volunteers will be expected to attend up to two informational meetings prior to Flow Fest unless otherwise specified. Here we will get to know each other and familiarize with our roles, responsibilities and leaders.
Please remember that the trick is to be flexible and be willing to lend a helping hand!
Check-in information will be sent to you prior to the event. You will be notified of your shifts and the check-in location via e-mail. When you arrive, you will be given your general admission wristband. Make sure you check in and out for each shift!
Remember, all Flow Fest volunteers are expected to take responsibility for dressing appropriately and staying hydrated!
If for any reason you need to cancel, be sure to cancel your application in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by January 1. Due to the overwhelming number of applicants, cancellations received after January 1 will forfeit the deposit. All refunds will be processed within thirty days after the festival.
Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive a link and/or code to submit your security deposit.
